Administrative/Operational Assistant
This employee will organize the office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures. The Administrative/Operational Assistant will sort and distribute communications in a timely manner and create and update records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of information.

Construction Estimators
The Construction Estimator will manage people, processes, budgets, schedules, and all other deliverables as required on any given project. This employee will liaise with all stakeholders on any relevant project, negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements, and collaborate with contractors and staff teams to determine project specifications.

AutoCAD Designer
The AutoCAD Designer will use computer software to create technical drawings based on client specifications. This employee will create schematic layouts and elevations in CAD for new residential or commercial property projects or for renovating buildings and houses.

Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant will be a professional who will manage ongoing marketing campaigns by collecting audience feedback, and creating graphs, charts, and slides to present to decision-makers. They will and conduct market research so as to understand the target audience.

Construction Manager
The Construction Manager will be in charge of representing the Company onsite and acting as the point of contact for all assigned projects. This employee will supervise and assess the overall performance of others working on the Company’s projects.

Construction Workers/Electricians
The Construction Workers/Electricians will assist the AutoCAD Designer in planning, designing, and preparing technical documentation for each of the Company’s projects, providing expertise in electrical installation planning.

Foreign Trade Executive
The Foreign Trade Executive will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by accurately assessing client needs and delivering excellent sales service. This employee will follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as well as processing POS (point of sale) purchases.

Construction Inspector (part-time)
The Construction Inspector will be tasked with overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. This employee will review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Overseeing all onsite construction workers and subcontractors will also be tasks entrusted to the Construction Inspector.
